At Vakkerlight, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase; if your fixture isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the item in its original packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective foam to ensure it arrives back safely.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our designated fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fixture, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
