What is the typical shipping timeframe for my order?
Standard orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Due to the delicate nature of our lighting fixtures, shipping typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location and the specific artisan piece selected.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Vakkerlight ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization before shipping your item back to us.
Are the light bulbs included with the lamps?
To prevent breakage during transit and allow you to choose your preferred color temperature, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specifically stated in the product description.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Are your products compatible with smart home systems?
Most of our fixtures are compatible with smart bulbs (such as Philips Hue) and external dimming switches, provided the bulb base matches the fixture specifications listed on the product page.
